       Shipping Times
  • We aim to process and dispatch orders within 5 working days of receipt.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on standard shipping methods you have selected 
  • Next Day delivery should be purchased before 6PM GMT.
        Delivery Methods
  • We offer a range of delivery options, including standard delivery, next day delivery, and international shipping.
  • Delivery methods and available shipping options will vary depending on the destination and shipping address.
         International Shipping
  • We ship to select countries worldwide. Please check the list of available shipping destinations at checkout.
  • International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures and import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. 
         Order Tracking
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
  • You can track the status of your order and view delivery updates using the provided royalmail tracking number.
        Delivery Delays
  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order, please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, postal service disruptions, or adverse weather conditions.

Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from TOBE. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please review our Refunds Policy below:
1. Returns and Exchanges
  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at with your order number and reason for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
2. Refunds
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5- 10 days of receipt of the returned item, depending on your bank.
  • Refunds will only be processed for items returned in their original condition and packaging.
Please Note:
  • Promotional items/items purchased with a code and sale items are sold on a final sale basis. This means that, unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on these purchases.

    However, we do understand that sometimes exchanges may be necessary. Therefore, we are happy to facilitate exchanges for items of equal value within a specified timeframe, provided that the item is in its original condition. 

3. Return Shipping
  • If you are returning an item, please ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining proof of postage for your return.
