We always recommend going one size up from your regular UK size. To be sure of the right size, measure your feet from the big toe to your heel. If you have a question about a particular style, send your measurements to and we’ll try to help you find the right size.
What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. We will then start to process your order as fast as possible. When the order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can use this information to track the shipment of your order until it is delivered.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange/Refund a pair of shoes please contact within 28 Days of your order. We will reply shortly, please ensure the product is unworn and in a resealable condition.
